VBS Night 3!!

I'm gonna keep this SORT and sweet! (I've spent an hour or MORE editing pictures for a power point tomorrow so I am done!!!!)

So here ya go!!

I DO have to add a couple sweet pictures. The first is of Mason who was very mommy clingy tonight and stayed with MY team and not his own pre-schooler. oohh welll!?!?!
HE was so excited to get some ice cream he got it on his forehead!!

Terri got Ms. Amy all to herself tonight. She was the only baby in the nursery. At the beginning of the night I felt bad for Amy ...but in NO time Terri got what she wanted...a sling and a heartbeat!!!!

VBS night 3. . .

So I went noodle brain today!! While "working" today I made some name tags for some of the VBS volunteers. Well as I left home I realized that I wouldn't get home tonight until at least 9:15 (after VBS and choir practice) so me being gone from 5:15 to 9:15 and having Terri would be veeeerrrry very bad. (especially since she got a whoppin 30 min nap today.) I turned around and drove all the way back home to drop her off w/ Clint. weeeewww!! Okay so when I get to church i realized that I only had about half of the name tags and I didn't bring my camera nor did I bring drinks for after choir practice. (we had a small b-day party for our musical director.) Did I bring my head!?!?!? Was it attached? okay...good. So since I didn't have my camera I have no pictures to share . Buuuuuut on the way home Mason did go diggin through my purse and MYSTERIOUSLY got lipstick all over my yellow coach. ohhhhhhh I shouted....then I calmed down b/c I KNEW that me yelling would not change the fact that my cute yellow purse was ruined. (BOTH SIDES!) and I knew that he didn't intentionally do it. AHHHHH the JOYS of MOTHERHOOD!! So here are some pictures of the purse and a picture of my name tag that I got soooo much heat for not making for this one or not bringing for this one. whooo hooooo. Ohh and Tina (how terrible lovely and sweet that she is) needed a break from name tag making so I need to be off to make some of them for the kiddos!! I know I'm making over 100 of them so wish me luck on getting the purse clean and name tags made!!! (and my tornado of a kitchen cleaned....I DID mention that Terri was here w/ Daddy!?!?!?Right? okay)



Here is the OTHER side of the purse. (yes he got lipstick on both sides. So NO I can't fake the funk and carry it with the bad side in...ohhh pooo!)

Second night of VBS. . . .

Well. . .tonight was a little less ::scratching head:: STRUCTURED!

First night of VBS. . . .

All in all the fist night went....well, there were no hurt, lost or damaged kids GREAT!!! We got to church around 5:30. If I could get my DS to but on his own shoes and shorts I could get out of the door that much faster! ;-) But I did get there in time to get 2 hotdogs and chips and some beans. Of course I missed out on the french fires! WHats up with that? (Started at 5:30, but the summer camp kids were already there from the day.) I also had to be "briefed" on to whom my team would be and to what would be the order of the night. Note to self. . .next year have a less testosterone driven group of kids. I belive I have 14? kids and 3 of those are little girls. GREAT!!! ::insert sarcasm here:: I know the majority of my group, and three of these kids are my neighbors. So I can say "you want me to tell yo Daddy?" (yes I would say "yo daddy") I have a FEW wild ones. . .but I've already worked it our w/ Pastor Michael. He will take the unruley the ones that act out of hand {?!?} off my hands! I wnat them to learn and have fun but some of these kids to run laps at home before they come to Vacation Bible School!!!! I got a few great pictures and hopefully will again tonight! Mason tried to sneek in my group of big kids a time or tow...but he had fun nonetheless! (There is no way I could be in charge of his group....I'm glad I got the wild big kids!) :-D I got to make a Locoust...and Masons group made crowns fro crafts. I love my Loucust...he slept with mason last night. (Ahhhhhhh arts and crafts!!) What ever I make ends up being Masons!!!

Well I'll update this afternoon. . . .I am at Clints uncles company "running the front desk"!! Talk about a dream job. I come in at 9 a.m. and leave at 2p.m. I have to answer the phone (which has rang 2 times ...its now 11 oclock), file a few things and ...well......BLOG!!!!! THATs IT!!! I also get LUNCH on the HOUSE!!! whoooooo hooooooo!!!!
