Both of my kids love the water too, good thing since we live on it :) Looks like you guys had a blast! Terri will thank you for putting that hat on her when she is 35 and doesn't have a wrinkle to be seen - good job mama!

China is one of the lowest, you will pay around 25,000-30,000. But, the wait is 3-4 years right now for China, unless you adopt a child with special needs.
